Brief: To raise profile of Time & Knowledge, one of the UK’s first concierge companies, working in the corporate arena and the employee benefit market.
Method: Our first priority was to organise a photo shoot that would show team members at Time & Knowledge, & also a visual that could depict how Time & Knowledge would save thousands of hours of precious workforce time for corporate employers.
We then set about introducing media to concept of a concierge company, and how exactly they support employees. Case studies were put forward. Interviews were also organised with the Director of Time & Knowledge & members of the team where appropriate.
Around Christmas time we released some of the more unusual requests that were being received by Time & Knowledge. This was an upbeat and fun study. It served to pique interest once again for Time & Knowledge and again increase media coverage.
Results: Healthy media coverage across trade & national titles.
